Black Diamond Video's XPS PRO1000 is a non-blocking 8x8 DVI matrix switcher that supports single-link DVI operation at the maximum TMDS rate of 1.65 Gb/s. The XPS PRO1000 supports input and output resolutions from 640x480 to 1920x1200.
XPS PRO1000's enhanced features include non-blocking crosspoint DVI switching architecture, pixel re-clocking, advanced EDID management, and RS232 and ethernet control.
When combined with Black Diamond Video's DVI Converters, the XPS PRO1000 provides the same level of switching, scaling, windowing, and wall processing for any analog, SDI, or HD-DVI signal source. This architecture provides outstanding digital image quality and improved ease of installation. With this DVI "digital backbone," customers can use their analog or SDI sources today and upgrade to DVI in the future.
