Basic Warranty

  • 1-Year warranty on all BDV equipment including parts and labor.
  • 24-hour call center provides support for all BDV equipment.
  • 24-hour replacement of any faulty equipment.
  • On-site training of biomedical engineers to troubleshoot equipment using remote diagnostics.
  • Same day on-site service when required.

Extended Warranty

  • Warranties can be extended for up to 5 years beyond the initial year
  • Warranties based on a percentage of system cost with volume discounts

Preventive Maintenance

  • Quarterly cleaning and maintenance of all equipment.
  • Quarterly installation of firmware updates.
  • Quarterly interfacing of new medical equipment.
  • BDV equipment discounts.
  • Warranties are based on a percentage of system cost with volume discounts.

Full Service Plan

  • Combines the Preventive Maintenance and Extended Warranty Plans.
  • Price is discounted based on the combined plan.
