XPS PRO2000 Seamless DVI Matrix Switch

The XPS PRO2000 is a seamless, 8x8 DVI matrix switch with frame-grab capability. When coupled with Black Diamond Video’s phantom-powered DVI CONVERTERS, this switch provides the same level of switching and frame-grabs for analog, SDI or HD-SDI video sources, eliminating the need for mult-format switches and cables.

The XPS PRO2000 8x8 DVI matrix switch supports single-link DVI operation at the maximum TMDS rate of 1.65 Gb/s, with input and output resolutions from 640x480 to 1920x1200. When coupled with Black Diamond Video’s phantom-powered DVI Xtreme Cable Kits, the switch transmits DVI signals over 60 meters through copper on both the input and output sides of the switch at the maximum TMDS rate.

The XPS PRO2000 when combined with Black Diamond Video’s DVI CONVERTERS provides seamless matrix switching and simultaneous frame-grabs for any analog or digital video source over a normalized DVI “Digital Backbone”. Customers can use their legacy analog or SDI video sources today and upgrade to DVI in the future
at their own pace.
